My 14 year old daughter needed a pelvic exam. The ultrasound tech was rude and cold. Didn't say hi, how are you? Didn't introduce herself. Didn't even say a word to me. My daughter walked back to the exam room and came back in tears in minutes. My daughter felt extremely uncomfortable and violated. She didn't t explain the procedure to her and just said pull down your pants. So unprofessional. After canceling the appointment I came back in to talk to her about how my daughter felt. My wife’s visit was filled with surprises. First when we were sent from Hernando MRI to the sun coast imaging center. Second as we arrived at the sun coast office I advised the receptionist my wife would need something to calm her nerves. I was told they did not provide. Which every other imaging office always check and provide. Third to my amazement the receptionist placed the wrong script on the chart. If I had not overheard the technician telling my wife what to prep for she would of had the wrong procedure done. I had to... read more
