Absolutely phenomenal 10 out of 10 stars! The staff is extremely welcoming and nurturing and really treat you with quality care. They even have a Zen room to kind of help you be calm. Highly recommended🩹
My 14 year old daughter needed a pelvic exam. The ultrasound tech was rude and cold. Didn't say hi, how are you? Didn't introduce herself. Didn't even say a word to me. My daughter walked back to the exam room and came back in tears in minutes. My daughter felt extremely uncomfortable and violated. My wife’s visit was filled with surprises. First when we were sent from Hernando MRI to the sun coast imaging center. Second as we arrived at the sun coast office I advised the receptionist my wife would need something to calm her nerves. I was told they did not provide. Which every other imaging office always check and provide. Third to my amazement the receptionist placed the wrong script on the chart. If I had not overheard the technician telling my wife what to prep for she would of had the wrong procedure done. I had to... read more
Disappointed.
Went to have a pelvic scan done. Showed up early as directed and still waited over an hour with a full bladder. My scan was rushed and the technicians excuse was "I have to do this fast because my machine is broken". And the place was dirty. Won't be returning. The front desk receptionist is clueless as well and literally just stares at you when you have a question. She was also taking loud obnoxious personal calls about her vacation next month.
