When my partner and I moved to St. Pete a year and a half ago we opted for Suncoast Fitness after having gone to large commercial gyms for years. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Unlike a large commercial gym which feels transient and transactional, Suncoast feels like a community. John, the owner is kind and very inspiring and has been one of the most important parts of our sense of community since moving. Suncoast Fitness feels like more than a gym to me, it feels like another home. The energy at this gym is very special, and different than anywhere else I've gone. As a woman, I feel safe working out here. As someone new to working out 2+ years ago, I felt comfortable starting my fitness journey here. The clientele are laid back, and the staff is AMAZING. My fiancé and I love coming in and chatting with John, both Bruces, and Carrie. We love you guys, thanks for being you and creating an amazing environment!
