Dr. Black and her whole staff are amazing. They have the latest technology and our not afraid to take their time to find the answer to your issue. I highly recommend them. They’ve helped me with everything from glasses to contact lenses to setting up my successful cataract surgery. Thank you, Suncoast high health for everything you do every day.
I had the most thorough eye exam ever with Dr Black. She was patient and explained details of my exam in a way that I understood. Her staff was fantastic from the time I made my appointment to the time I left. Her optical was beautiful and I see so well with the glasses I bought. I would definitely recommend!
WHAT IS GOING ON? I'm not sure why I'm being gaslit by the front desk! I miss the other lady with curly hair and glasses, this new lady doesn't have a clue how to run insurance claims. It's not her first mess up. She told me she had my VSP on file and it should have covered my annual exam. I ended up paying about $75 each for my sons and my exam. The team here is great! I especially enjoyed my appointments with Dr. Melissa black, she was great answered all my questions and I was able to get what I needed for my eye care.
Dr. Ross and the team are so friendly, helpful, and professional. They're online paperwork was easy to use and efficient. Would highly recommend this office
