Working on getting my post-hurricane electrical permits after my home had 3 feet of water from Hurricane Helene, Jorge was able to navigate my 1960s-wired home and get all outlets GFCI/AFCI protected. I’m a hands-on person and handled most of the post-hurricane repairs myself, so I really appreciated that Jorge was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with older homes or complex electrical issues.
The short story is they are tardy and they fail to properly communicate a change. I called on a Monday and received an appointment on a Friday. I scheduled the work to be done for my senior mother at her condo. I would be there to provide entry to the building and elevator access and then introduce mom to the tech before heading to work. I received an hour window (btwn 8-9) for the tech to arrive. This was a small simple job and yet the tech scheduled was changed on the day of the work. I don’t know what has taken me this long to write a review, but I have been working exclusively with Suncoast for almost a decade for all of my electrical needs. Superior customer experience from the time they pick up phone, to scheduling an appointment, followed by ease of billing. They’ve been trusted by us for all of the fun projects, and the not so fun including when our home was completely flooded in Treasure Island.
