The short story is they are tardy and they fail to properly communicate a change. I called on a Monday and received an appointment on a Friday. I scheduled the work to be done for my senior mother at her condo. I would be there to provide entry to the building and elevator access and then introduce mom to the tech before heading to work. I don’t know what has taken me this long to write a review, but I have been working exclusively with Suncoast for almost a decade for all of my electrical needs. Superior customer experience from the time they pick up phone, to scheduling an appointment, followed by ease of billing. They’ve been trusted by us for all of the fun projects, and the not so fun including when our home was completely flooded in Treasure Island. We were referred to Suncoast Electric by our realtor after some minor issues arose from a home inspection. Robert came out at the scheduled time, was super pleasant, and got the work completed at a fair price. Super happy with their team and will use again.
