I recently purchased a house in Lake Worth Florida and needed some electrical upgrades. I hired Sun Coast to do these. They weren't cheap, I wasn't looking for cheap but quality which is what I got from Sun Coast. They completed my check list (but for 2 minor items I'm not worried about because they were all over my house and attic and did great upgrades). Gregory showed up timely, and replaced one GFI outlet not working out of three. He then proceeded to tell me about troubleshooting which was never explained the n the phone. The only charge explained was a $75 trip charge that would be waived if I proceeded with the repair. Twp weeks later, outlet is not working, and they would not come out to service it even though they made and subsequently confirmed the appointment via email and text. Gregory showed up timely, was honest and fixed my electrical issue in less than an hour. He concisely explained the issue to a layman. I would certainly use him again for electrical needs. I do recommend the office provide more transparency regarding the process and charges. And here we are not even 39 days later, same problem persists. Disappointed, unable to connect with company..
