Horrible Front Office Staff! She was rude and unorganized. She couldn't tell me my out of pocket responsibility and made ME talk to the insurance rep while I was in her office.. I finally agreed to an appointment, got seated in the chair, the nurse left the room to get the Dr and Heather from the front came into the room and told me I was late and made me leave! I even had Proof it was HER error not mine. I was ALREADY in the Dentist Chair ! Who does this?? I had taken off work (which I don't get paid for) and was a nervous... read more
