Just moved to Florida. I've heard good things about Suncoast Credit Union so I stopped into the Dade City Branch. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. Her name was Savannah and she was very professional and efficient. Originally I was only going to open a checking account but after talking with the young woman, I decided to also open a savings account and a money market account. I'm very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend the Dade City branch as well as Savannah. Five stars!
I've had nothing but excellent service from sun coast. We'll dressed employees, all giving out great customer service. There is one man who works there, RICKY PEREZ. Hello!!! This young man is Always friendly, helps with simple issues too. I forgot my password, came into the DC branch and he helped me so fast and cheerful. He didn't hand me a 800 number and tell me to call them. He could write a book on customer service, and CERTAINLY TEACH IT, to other people in customer service.
