Sent to Suncoast through Allstate, and now I think I have my body shop for life! I specifically want to praise Lisa Pearce in the body shop office! She went out of her way on multiple occasions to help me out and ensure I felt comfortable with the entire process. Including communicating with Allstate, AND the at fault company to ensure accuracy all around. Went there for a job interview and the manager wasn't even there. I was contacted 3 times to make sure I would be there at a certain time and the manager, I guess, didn't have the courtesy to be there at the set time . Appears lunch was more important.
They did an Excellent job on my truck!!! Hurricane Ian really scratched it up bad, but now she looks new. And Lisa in the office is Awesome as well.
Easy to work with and do nice work.
Initially told me it would be a couple of weeks , that turned into a month and now here I am being told the wrong part got delivered and it won't be in for another week???? I haven't been able to work and expressed how important it was to have my vehicle. I still have no idea of when I will get it. Forget trying to get a response I've called Tony several times last week with no return call. If it wasn't for Teresa the receptionist I don't think I would've gotten a call back today!
