Called Scott to get a price of a part and he wasn't available. Wanted to get a call back. Got a call back from him and I didn't know who called me so I didn't pick up. He hears my voice mail and gets mad at me for it and I try to explain to him I get a lot of scam calls and he says "I'm not doing this" and hangs up the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude and unprofessional!

Serverely lacking in customer service etiquette via email and phone correspondence. The guy seems like he just needs to chill out. I'll try elsewhere for now.

I have a laundromat and my change machine went wrong. I called Suncoast changer and left a phone message. Scott called me back even though it was memorial day and spent considerable time going through various checks to establish the problem. He then said he would come out the next morning to take care of the problem. I couldn't ask for more than that. Highly recommend!

This is the only place I will use for my changer needs. The owner Scott is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I like that he usually is the one that answers the phone, and he is also the one that does the repair work. I'm not talking to some kid who doesn't know what they are doing, or doesn't care whether or not I'm happy.
