For the second time this year, I made an appointment for a specific time. Both times, when I arrived shortly before the appointed time I was told there would be a one-hour wait. This is completely unacceptable. Last time I just left; this time I’m staying and will be contacting the management. This is totally not how to treat anyone, especially people who are DONATING blood.

It was great. Now you have to call and leave a message to get the results of your tests. You give them your blood and time and you get nothing but a candy bar and a smile. Bring back the patient portal.

I donate platelets here regularly and it's usually a pleasant experience especially when Sandy is there she is awesome! But if she is not there be mindful because the fill in techs will try and take a blood donation as well as a platelet donation and not tell you that they are doing it...
