My daughter was there for 3 months. The therapy helped her learn coping skills and recognize when she is losing self control. She is no longer self harming.

This place was fine… some of the staff were so rude and triggered to everyone and would make disrespectful comments to other kids. The doctor would not listen to how I felt and would only do things the way he wanted. The only good part were some of the other kids there and most of the female nurses.

Overall, I have to give this facility a failing grade. Communication and collaboration with parents is absurdly poor. My child was an all likelihood harmed more than helped during their stay here. They are fond of using restraints while creating an atmosphere of punitive frustration which appears to exacerbate the symptoms they're supposed to be addressing. FIND A DIFFERENT FACILITY!!!! I can not stress this enough, my daughter has been there for a month and a half, they call me today and tell me she's being discharged they can not help her. ONE WEEK ago when I spoke with the doctor he said he was going to work with her increased her meds and if that didnt work he was going to try something else. Clearly, he lied.
