On multiple occasions I was told I could pick my daughter up, only to drive an hour to get there and then be rejected at the door. This has been a terrible experience for my daughter and myself and our family. We're already going through a hard time hence the banker act. She was transferred to this facility because there was none available in 33607. Transfer from HCA West Tampa hospital in the middle of the night 3:00 in the morning driving with an older man over an hour away.
