We just purchased a 2009 BMW 535 xi wagon from Suncoast and wanted to share they are a reputable dealer in Ocean Springs selling used high end autos both from their show room (which I did not use personally) and online. Just bought the truck of my dreams 2 months ago. Absolutely love it! Suncoast used to have a bad name but I have horrible credit and I figured I would atleast give them a shot! Well this is not the same company that my wife bought her car from two years ago. The salesman and manager worked together to give me the best deal possible. This is a company that I will be doing business with as long as I need a vehicle and as long as the management is the same! Excellent place would recommend it to anyone!

I needed a new SUV for my family of 7. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. So the manager took it into his hands to write down exactly what I wanted (a white GMC Acadia with low miles and for the right price, I was very picky). He called me two weeks later to tell me that my Acadia was in. This company went above and beyond the call. They went to auction for ME and purchased the vehicle that I wanted and needed. I will not refer anyone to this dealership I bought a car in January of this year there and I have spent over $700. 00 in repairs already. Never again will I be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the most crooked dealership on the coast. I bought a car there and had nothing but trouble. Every time I went back to the dealership, they promised to fix it and stalled...it sat on their lot for a total of two weeks before I decided to get it fixed myself out of need for transportation. When I took it in, it needed a new transmission. Sun Coast is horrible at customer service. They make it frustrating if you have problems. I have been on the car hunt for weeks, I was greeted by Jeremy he was very helpful and he truly made me feel like he was working for me. I enjoyed buying my new/used eclipse from Jeremy I cant say for the others but Jeremy was the best. Thank you.
