I bought a jeep Cherokee and drove it home.When I got up the next morning it wouldn't crank. They did nothing to help me.My husband is paralyzed from a stroke.We needed a dependable vehicle and I explained that before ever signing for it.We put 3000 down and nothing in return. I brought the jeep back and dropped it off.They said too bad about our down payment it was as is deal.****** was a fast talker.

Well of course my comment was deleted , I'm just trying to save someone their money and time about going here. Mr . Mark who is the manager there helped in every way he could , but unfortunately the other staff gave us the run around . The car that was "sold" to us was complete crap and would never start. Well thier lovely manager Jeremy got my car repoed... promised to pay the note out of "store funds" without me asking told me it was a done deal "don't worry about it" YEP BAD BUSINESS
Jeremy helped me, Wendy and Jeremy helped me drive away with 2013 Ford Fusion. My ex husband Took my car my child and I had no way to go. But thanks to wendy i was able to get back on track.
This dealership is the last place you want to purchase a vehicle. Almost two years ago we purchased a minivan. (Mazda MPV). full warranty, which we paid 2000 dollars. We were told that we could bring it back after making payments for over a year and a half and they could put us in something newer. We went back and were told we were upside down in the Payments... Between my parents, brother and myself we have purchased 7 cars from Suncoast over the years. Most recently I bought a Nissan Rogue - an unexpected purchase after my beloved Audi was deemed totaled. Wendy (and Jerame) helped me find what I was looking for with the parameters given - they came up with multiple options and we went from there. We bought a vehicle from Sun Coast in Feb. 2013. Jim Guidry told us that there was only one vehicle he could get us in even though there were newer and less expensive cars on the lot. He did tell us that if we paid on it for a year we could bring it back and trade it for almost anything on the lot. So we did. Only when we get there surprise surprise, Jim Guidry was no longer there. They brought out paperwork showing that we were charged more than double what they would sell the vehicle for. I turned 85 Tuesday and I decided it was time for a new car. So I went to multiple place and couldn't get approved due to my fixed income (I am a retired school teacher). So I decided to give Suncoast a chance and it wasn't long before I fell in love with the sales staff and they put me in the perfect car and actually got me approved through a prime lender.
