First off, we show up to things still in the storage unit… cigarette butts, furniture… then after all this, they call and ask for another $59 a month because someone doesn’t know how to do their job. We will not be staying. Very disappointing
Don’t recommend this storage unit, the gate NEVER opens with the code, you can’t even call the number and get an answer or even a text back! Very annoying especially if you need something at your unit and you can’t get into it.
Some hiccups in the beginning due to it being the first of the month and there office being very busy thankfully someone finally got ahold of me and helped me with my issues. Very clean units and amazing location!
