Unprofessional power tripping staff, PHP is only 1 therapy session a week. If you want quality care go to Skyway Behavioral Health instead where you can get 2 therapy sessions a week during PHP and not have to sit on the floor. They also have a sort of a "zen room" where you can actually leave the group to chill out in among various other benefits. My psychiatrist recommended Suncloud because I was going through a really tough time in my life. I was hesitant because I was at another treatment facility and didn't have a great experience. I had a fantastic experience at SunCloud. I’d been struggling with depression and anxiety, among other things I had buried and avoided for many years. I went into SunCloud feeling very ashamed, embarrassed, and resentful for needing help, especially as an adult and have beliefs that I should be able to figure everything out myself and that I was a failure if I didn’t (very wrong.)
