I recently hired this company to install a heat pump boiler, but the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the finishing work was subpar, and they left the site in a messy state without proper tidying up. Furthermore, they promised to return to repair the concrete under slab caused during installation, but they never showed up. Their lack of customer service and attention to detail is frustrating. I would not recommend this company to others.
Contacted this business not once, but twice, four days apart via their website template and failed to hear anything back even though they clearly state someone would get back to me within the hour . Suncity has a very professional approach with great customer service. Their price is very competitive. My thanks to the professionalism of Lucas whose installation was conducted with attention to detail with-minimum fuss.
Left a message and Darren rang me back quite quickly. Spoke to him about what I needed and he gave me a rough quote. Then organised a day and rough time guy turned up and did a great job and took my old tank away which saved me dumping it. Great service and great price thanks again Darren.
SunCity Hot Water were fantastic. Fast and efficient service and Jess went above and beyond for us to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them.
