I love living here! I don’t hear any upstairs neighbors, it’s very quiet and haven’t had any issues at all.
I wish i could have said nicer things about this apartment but i had roaches all in my kitchen from day 1. they claimed it wasn’t an infestation so it would not be treated as an infestation, but even after the year of weekly spraying for bugs, there were roaches everywhere, even during the day. when i first moved in, if you came home late at night and flipped on the light, the entire kitchen floor would be CRAWLING i am NOT joking. there were egg casings in my drawers and roach poop in my cabinets, and babies just EVERYWHERE... read more
