This place is extremely miserable. I hate living here everyday I dread coming home (now that's a terrible feeling) if you have a busy life you want to come to your home and relax. NOT HERE!!!!! The lady in the rental office is pure evil. She tries to evict tenants just because she doesn't like them. Then she had the nerve to move into the apt complex. So now im getting ridiculous notices on my door for absurd reasons. She is literally trying to get ppl evicted. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunchase Apartments advertises that they handle maintanence issues as quickly as possible, Well the bath room lighting had went out in my bathroom over the weekend. So I immediately called on Monday morning to report the problem. They informed me it would be handled that day. Didn't happen. I called again on Tuesday morning. they informed me again it would be handled that day. Didn't happen. Management really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – My advice dont move to the Sunchase Apartments. That lady Kathy that works in the leasing office is a nut case crrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay away she is evil i believe she is doing the devils work.
