We just recently stayed at a property in Jacksonville Beach that was a short walk from the beach, it was beautiful and had everything we needed...towels, beach towels, chairs, and extremely comfortable beds. It was decorated in a beach theme and was so comfortable. It was updated and very clean. Our agent, Matt, was quick to respond to questions and very helpful in finding a place. He was even willing to get us into a bigger house at the last minute when we thought more people would be coming than originally thought. I would definitely rent from them again. Great house, friendly agent, great accommodations...and did I mention CLEAN???!!!

Excellent service, always available to help. Great staff to deal with. Work closely with renters to insure requirements are met. They care about the customer. Mark, Matthew & Jennifer are great.

We recently rented a shirt term condo for a weekend in Ponte Vedra FL from Suncastle. Wat a delightful experience, staff was incredible to deal with. There was an issue with the condo we rented, Suncastle reacted quickly and found us an alternate location that was even better that our original rental. We will definitely use this company again for our rental needs. Donna and Terry

We stay with Suncastle every year for the last 10 years. Sue and Frank always make us welcome and the condo's they put us in are always clean and luxurious. Frank still owes me a round of golf and a lot of strokes. Thanks gang for all you do.
