Parking was easy, which already calmed me a bit. Front desk spoke gently, asked about my routine, then noted everything down so carefully it felt like a little interview tbh. Treatment room simple, tidy, low music, nothing fancy. One light buzzed faintly the whole time, kind of sleepy vibe.
Staff kept checking in quietly, explaining each step in plain language, which helped me relax tbh. Room lighting soft, temperature steady, only minor hum from the hallway once.
Soft music, tidy room, staff calm and precise, my skin is so glowy right after this treatment! Also love the atmosphere!
Staff felt calm and focused, not pushy at all, just quietly checking in now and then tbh. Room was tidy, low noise, kind of soft air conditioning going. One towel was a bit scratchy on my shoulder but then again my skin is picky. Price felt reasonable for the whole setup.
