The whole place felt easy to settle into. Staff were warm without hovering, and the way they explained each step made it feel grounded and capable. I left feeling looked after, not pushed, and the overall value made sense for the experience
I would give them a negative star if I could. If if you want to be injured on multiple occasions, then this is the place to get a facial. STAY FAR away from this place unless you want to end up with medical issues after a treatment. I had been going there a few years. My 2nd to last hydra facial, because they were too aggressive they caused broken capillaries on my face that never went away. they said we feel bad you got injured and we damaged your skin.
