Our family has been going to this office for years. We were sad when Dr. Dean retired but he made sure to pass the baton to dentists who carry on his kind care. Dr. Papp did a great job restoring my chewing ability with implants. Dr. O'Conner was so gentle with my 95 year old mother when she had to have a tooth out:. no pain during or afterwards, no bleeding. She has been amazed and so thankful.
During my recent visit to this office, while the pandemic was occurring, I was surprised at the difficulty of service and extreme changes that have been implemented in this office. The new office staff was very rude and condescending and, when I asked questions, I quickly learned that I had missed a communication due to a typo in my email address, that my (double) appointments would be much longer and more difficult. RecommendedI was in last Friday and have not been to the dentist in almost 6 years! Glad to say NO cavities, but more importantly Madison took very good care of me and my anxiety about going to the dentist! HIGHLY recommended!! And, I will be back!!
