What's most important to me is that I trust them. They were very accommodating when I asked about another issue i had that wasn't scheduled for that visit. It was addressed and explained to me even though it added time to their schedule. I could go to a garage within walking distance of my house but prefer to drive the 10 miles to Sunbury Motors.
So I got caught in the middle of a game of kick the puck between SMF and FORDPARTS.COM on who was responsible for returning my shipping fee of $10. I can't say who was more petty. Had 2 previous negative experiences with SMF (visible on their reviews). This is strike 3 on their count. I will NEVER refer them to anyone!!!
Great service, as always! Friendly people
