Dr. Frazer and his team took excellent care of me, and I can't thank them enough. I was quite nervous at first, but his professionalism and kindness immediately put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly and performed my eye surgery with great skill and care. Thanks to him, my eyesight has been restored, and I’m incredibly grateful. The entire team was friendly and supportive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Frazer as one of the best surgeons in Melbourne.
The most wonderful caring kind and professional people. I have injections in both eyes every month. When I first went there I had come from the royal eye and ear which I was treated badly and traumatised. The doctor at Sunbury saved my sight. He was kind companionate and my injections didn’t hurt. I knew exactly what procedure i needed done. Have had it done before. Was told I would be paying $250 and $73 refund from Medicare. The receptionist checked with the Dr before giving me these numbers, I wrote them down. Then on the day it is $400. Not happy. Especially when I checked before. I raised it.. receptionists look at me like I'm stupid.
