The Sunbury Crab Co. specializes in buckets of steamed blue crab, wild caught shrimp (steamed, fried, fire grilled) and steamed Ossabaw oysters (in season) . Our fresh seafood is caught and brought across our docks at the Sunbury Marina. We also offer fresh fish grilled and basted in Our Signature Sauce. We drove about an hour for fresh crabs, based on the good reviews on yelp. They were out of crabs...the crab company was out of crabs...I had shrimp they were good. Just know that from what the waitress said this happens very often and within hours of opening. So if you want crabs dont bother.

We always have such an amazing experience at Sunbury Crab company, so we were so excited to take my in laws there yesterday evening. We waited for 2 hours to even get a table after being told the wait was an hour, at the hour mark we were told that we had two people in front of us. 30 minutes later my husband nicely asks how much longer, all of a sudden we have three people ahead of us. The food was great. Grilled grouper fantastic. Need to get there early though. Loved it.
