I have gone through sunburst for years and the communication is awful. Hopefully that is something they strive to improve.

Well, things started off well here, until my counselor became the director of the facility and had to shift me to a new counselor... Who decided not to make the connection that she is friends with my EX WIFE until after an hour long intro session. Then I was switched back to a brand new provider with a fresh license who wanted to talk about breathing exercises to cope with anxiety, while my med manager was planning on dropping my medication. Staff here has not only been friendly and wonderful to work with, but considering the things life threw at me in the span of a year, as well as a horrifying month, I'm glad I finally got the courage to do something on my own about my mental health (a year ago almost to the day.) Due to anxiety, I'd make appointments for psychiatric help, but lose my nerve and skip my appointments. I did this for roughly 8 years.
