Each of our 36 RV Pads are full hook up with water, electric and sewer and are set among shade trees in our beautiful park. We offer both 50 and 30 amp hookups, so when making your reservation, be sure to let us know exactly what you need. Most of our RV sites are paved with a paved patio area

RecommendedI know Rob Moorman personally and have watched as he has transformed this property into a premier resort over the last 4 years. His integrity and passion for excellence is unmatched and I have no doubt this is one of the finest facilities in the country, not just Florida.

I lived at Sunburst for 2 years and loved it until new management took over. Suddenly it was no longer home. Trish was no longer the manager and she and Kathy made this park feel like family. The swimming pools were nasty, the hot tub has been down since last May. The internet doesn't work and management seems confused on multiple levels. They raised rates .to beach prices and it's 18 miles to town and well over an hour to Pensecola beach. I do not recommend this park. Much better, friendlier options in the Milton area

When I moved in in 2016 working near by it was great. Trish and Kathy took care of everybody, but that changed when the new management team came in. They raise the rates $150 in 8 months with no upgrades. You raise the rate to beach front prices with no beach. Granted it is quite, nice park, 15 miles out of town and 45 miles from the beach. But the hot tub does not work the WIFI does not work well. It is hit and miss with the washer and dryer.

Tom thank you for your input. Unfortunately our prices did have to go up. I must say however that we only raised our prices to the going rate in our area. I returned to Florida in October, and stayed with a friend who resides here, who loves this place. I have other Floridian friends who have lived here and they also love it. I've been a resident for almost a month, and I LOVE it. So peaceful, with lots of friendly people. I couldn't have ended up in a more perfect place.

I had an awesome stay at Sunburtst RV Resort and I'll definitely be back! I evacuated from Florida for Irma. When I called the park, Trish, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. When I arrived she met me with a friendly smile and quickly helped me get backed into my spot! When my electrical cord failed, she was quick to loan me hers and then later helped me find a solution that would hold me over in my travels back home to south Florida. We moved to the area a few months ago and we found Sunburst after visiting several RV parks. We made the best decision ever by staying at Sunburst. The Manager Trish is the best ever she helped us back in just perfect. We were in perfect line with the large wooden deck. She is always asking if we need anything and if all is well.
