Any issues from half a decade ago must've been remedied. They've been fantastic with everyone we know. Most of the people who left one star had nothing to say. Lazy and unjust. Spam from local rental business. One in particular. Hmmmm...
Having personally renovated several properties for Sunburst, I can say that they care about the condition of their units. They payed fair wages to fix-up many properties that I worked-on, and payed me in a very timely fashion. In the office, working with Rick and Burt was nothing but a pleasure. I will do business with them again and again.
