My contact was efficient but too overbearing, calling several times- on one occasion three times within a few hours- and asking over and over for a google review. The person said "can you do this so I can endorse you to the property manager," so I left one and am updating now. It is likely not the employee's fault and I don't blame them but do not necessarily trust the reviews.

Just started working with Pure Property Management and Milca has done an excellent job. She has been extremely responsive with everything and has assisted us with the entire process in an impressive timely matter. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking to work with a rental company to go here and more than anything request Milca directly. Can not say enough about how amazing she has been through everything.
Our carbon monoxide detector started going off on Saturday am. We replaced it and it didn’t stop. So we turned off our heat as it was near the furnace so we were certain something was wrong with the furnace. Jay Anover was able to find a company to come out. His shift ended and Lou took over and she kept trying to reach out but the company never showed.
