Optometrist refused to give me the pupillary distance on my written prescription after exam. With out this part of the prescription you cannot order glasses. This is done so I cannot purchase frames elsewhere.

Sat for 30 minutes and they call a person back that had an appointment after ours. With COVID going on you would think they wouldn’t want people sitting in their waiting room for long period of time. We left before we could even be seen.

I was sold frames and new digital lenses, which were recommended by the optician. After having problems, I went back to the doctor and he expressed concern over the glasses. When I went back to Sunburst they offered to replace everything with a substantially cheaper product but they only offered to refund 1/3 of the difference in cost. The manager was extremely rude. Lucky for me my insurance company refunded the difference. I will never go back.
After an issue with another local eyeglass store, we were looking for somewhere new to get glasses for our son. I suggested by husband try Sunburst. What happened next was more than we could have asked for! We are so pleased with the service and the products! We were able to get him a new set of glasses as well as sports glasses and we couldn't be happier. He loves his new glasses and we love that we have a new optometrist that we can count on! Very professional and courteous staff! Thank you!!
