They did the landscaping in my back yard and made it a paradise, they have also cared for my lawn for 3 years now. When they started our beautiful lawn was dying because our previous lawn service had misdiagnosed what was killing our front yard. After attempting to let the previous law service repair the damage unsuccessfully, then trying to fix it ourselves we turned to Penn. They not only fixed it but went the extra mile. As our yards start to green I’m very satisfied with my lawn.
100% our favorite place to shop for everyone’s Christmas gift this year! The customer service is always amazing and very helpful!! Also the Dog & Merrill all-seasoning was very tasty!! Being a salt lover myself, I did have to use a little extra, but very good flavor!
I was absolutely blown away by the customer service, selection and overall experience at the engraving studio! I will tell anyone that will listen how great our time was there. The staff was so patient and treated myself and my my three boys like family! They helped me select gifts that I’m just thrilled and proud to give. I’m excited to return...seriously my new go to for thoughtful, personalized gifts...and will be st the top of my list when anyone asks what I want ;)
You have to come see the engraving shop that Patti Crilly Penn has created! It is absolutely AMAZING! Everything is so unique and she can do so many creative things. The personalization she can do will make the gift receiver cry. Patti promised me my mother would cry at her gift she created and she was right! I will definitely be doing 90% of my birthday/anniversary shopping from now on!!! Possibly corporate gifts as well!! 💕
We've dealt with Penn/Sunburst for years for flagstone, stone, plants, etc. We always get good advice and great service. They just put in a new tree for us. Tyler Penn was a big help regarding the type of tree we wanted to put in based on our preferences and the location in our yard. The Penn guys who put the tree in did a excellent job, including putting down root stimulator, tamping down the soil around the roots mulching and tidying up. Thanks!
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Don't support businesses who don't support their staff!
GREAT (and VERY helpful) CUSTOMER SERVICE, great prices and great selection! I would definitely recommend Penn/Sunburst to all.
I really do like their variety of plants and they carry unique ones.
