Rich definitely cares about getting the job done and done right. He took care of us and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Great prices on tires and valuable info regarding them!

Rich is a great mechanic who knows what he's doing. More importantly, he cares about helping people and is not here trying to make as much money as he can off of you. He has given me competitively cheap prices and has matched any price I have found. Furthermore, Rich has been working on bikes since he was 10 years old and really enjoys doing so with perfection. Great service! I was buying new tires for my bike and live in Mesa area I called sunburst and he called back on a day when they were closed and talked on the phone with me for a good 30 min to figure out what I needed and got me prices that would beat everything I was looking at here in the valley. I had to make a drive to get the tires but it was worth it for the price and quality of service. And sunburst support the We Ride AZ group which I am a part of and also have heard great things through the group about this place!
So happy to have discovered this shop! Rich is a excellent guy to work with, doesn't try to over sell you and sticks to his word regarding his estimates. Now I know where to take my bikes and can rest easy the work will be done correctly with no added surprises. I will be spreading the word to my friends and neighbors.
