I don’t do reviews often. But these folks are the definition of family owned business that still gets it. These folks care. Simple facts. Kurt in service is the definition of, “how can I help?” Dan and Alice the owners were there on a Saturday mowing grass and helping customers. Equally amazingly helpful. And they don’t care if you’re local or enjoying our beautiful state on vacation. These are the people you want to do business with in Gaylord. Don’t look anywhere else, they’re PURE Michigan.
First time for winter storage. Spring startup was a breeze. They did exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price. Great experience.
