Great mom and pop hotel. The owners definitely take pride in their hotel. It's nice and clean. The location of the beach is perfect. There is a great fire pit. A true old timey Florida place! It's absolutely lovely and a great little gem. I would definitely recommend it and I will absolutely return. I would also recommend a trip a few miles down to Guppy's Restaurant it is also awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Sunburst Inn. We stayed in a cozy room right on the Beach and we were right next to our favorite bar Mahuffer’s. The staff was friendly and you can even bring your dog. They have beach furniture and a nice grill, WiFi, TV, microwave, and a large fridge. We will return! 5 stars!
Laid back atmosphere. Clean and simple.
Our room was very small. It was supposed to sleep 4 adults but the fold out sofa took up most of the floor space leaving very little room to move around.and if it was to sleep 4 adults, why were there only 2 towels in the room? I would never stay there again. Dirty, small rooms, never had the common areas cleaned or washed down. The pics on line are not truthful.
If you love- the ocean, quiet, clean, white sand beaches and feeling like at home- this place is for you. Location is fantastic. Close to all shops, bars and restaurants. St Petersburg and Clearwater is 25 min away. We spent here a wonderful family vacation!
