We have used Sunburst in the past and have been satisfied. Today, the service man came out and discovered the circuit breaker outside on the AC unit was tripped. It took him less than 2 minutes to reset the circuit breaker and their minimum service charge is $189.00!!!!! It took him longer to fill out the bill! BEWARE $189.00 minimum service fee.
