We came today and purchased a Swarovski watch on sale. The store has a few issues itself . Watch was not given in original box and says another type, which makes it hard to locate serial number. (Rose bur says grey) Receipt just says watch, which is a problem for warranty. Item has multiple scratches on the cover, which confirms the item is not new. We cannot return as only store credit is given and they are going out of business. Obviously we won't purchase here no more since item is used not new.
I am a local, I come here often and like to bring my friends and family. Usually, they have some really great deals. My sister and I were shopping for some jewelry for my mother's 70th birthday. The girl at the front of the store-Macy, was very helpful. She was able to switch out the settings of a pair of earrings that we wanted right there in no time at all (it was not too busy). Love this store!
The service in this shop has gone so downhill from what it was 5+ years ago that it's no longer worth even going in. I have been going to and buying from this shop for over 10 years whenever I make the short trip down to St. Augustine. Whoever is working the front part NEVER greets you. They either straight ignore you or glance at you for a moment and then go back to doing whatever they were even if there are no other customers around. This alone has deterred me from buying anything multiple times. Would not recommend.
Cute little shop on the main storeway. It's a nice place to pop in and look at beautiful jewelry, just non of it was quite my style
