Avoid this company! After 3.5 years of having our deck it showed leaning stairs, leaning handrails, waiving floor decking, lifting floor decking, and unlevel Joists. Sunburst Construction refused to fix even within the 5 year warranty time. Contacted Trex and received letter from them indicating problems with structure. Sunburst first blamed it on Trex and then blamed it on the wood they choose to build our deck with.
