Being honest, providing the best customer service.... just signed up to use the matrix. Bought the special 5+5. The matrix bed is all crazed due to heat. The lights cut out prematurely and the fan kicks in. This equates to not getting enough exposure so no tan! Instead of being honest to recommend the cheaper beds. I was sold the expensive package. Also told that people like to mix the matrix with the other beds. Now I know why, what other option is there but to resort to oth… See more
