I have been here for eight years, and I love the community and the complex manager Toni, who promptly addresses issues. However, as a college botany student and lifelong learner/lover of plants, I am severely stressed by the landscape contractor who simply seems to hack the shrubs and plants down to bare wood instead of helping them thrive while still maintaining necessary boundaries. This may not matter to many renters, but especially as global warming increases, we need green spaces! It’s a constant stress in my home life
Affordable for Santa Rosa. Quiet complex. Great management and maintenance. Gated so makes for added security.
