Dr Stevens has been our vet over 20 years and I have never experienced or heard of better care. He goes over and beyond for our pets and has made their lives drastically improved. Most of them have health problems and he always finds a way to make them feel better until their last days � So thankful for Dr Stevens and his staff. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been bringing my pets and families pets here for so many years. Since I moved back to Peoria I called them and made an appt for 3:40pm for my sick Great Dane lab. I can’t bring him inside because he’s coughing. Currently 4:37 and I still haven’t been brought back to a room. Me and my dog have had to stay in my vehicle the past hour so far. No one called me to say they were running behind prior to my appointment or anything. If it wasn’t for the importance of my dogs health I would’ve left by now. I’m so disappointed.
We love Dr Reed and everyone at Sunburst!! They take care do us like family and treat Lily like a VIP 👑
Very friendly and caring staff. The doctor was prompt and very thorough. They even helped when I called with questions. I’ll never take our pets anywhere else.
