I would caution anyone in western MA against using Revision. There are great, very accountable local companies such as Valley Solar and Northeast Solar, and I wish we had used one of them. Revision bought out Sunbug, which installed our solar and battery in 2023. Less than 2 years later, the inverter failed and Revision took almost 6 weeks to fix it. I hate to write this, but I feel the need to let people know that this company is very unresponsive and I question how well they truly understand their products. We have a series of solar panels and a battery back up system that we purchased in 2022, which was installed by SunBug (now Revision Energy)all went well with that.
