The Lanlord is a good person has worked on keeping the place upkept and has taken care of a lot of the issues we have had he is always willing to hear and fix any issues we have
Great place to live. Location is awesome, owner is kind, accommodating and very understanding to the tenants issues.
Great complex and community. The cleanliness and insect issues have been fixed. Apt complex is almost completely insect free. Owner is a great guy and very understanding
Nothing was said about roaches or anything so we look around and the paint on the walls is not right the ceiling is chipped also and there is a big space under the front door where bugs could get in. My main concern were the roaches and u bring it up to their attention and the smirk and say u had to find out on your own. Like what?!? Very unsanitary and nasty!!!!
