Jose and the leasing office staff are beyond amazing and friendly. Very willing to work with tenants and new residents. The property is so nice and peaceful. The floor plan and amenities are great and I love my washer and my gas stove! Both bathrooms have full bath and shower instead of just a shower. I am renting the 1,020sqft plan and I could not be happier. Update: Josue was able to fix both my work orders the same day. Quick and efficient. Thank you so much!
Every time we send a work order to fix something maintenance specifically Josue is knocking at our door within and hour. Having so many units in the complex you would think it would take days but maintenance here is so on it. He unplugged our drain and got us a whole new updated light fixture for our kitchen. Absolutely satisfying with how quick they are. Thank you!!!
