This is a very sad event this careless group initiated. First by lying to me when I first called them and I was lied to by Tracy. "if the ARNP is not a fit and you are not comfortable, we can change you to someone else." Wrong!!!! I called and pleaded and they STILL sent Margaret Mosher to our home.
