Updating previous negative review as Cliff Lounsbury district manager personally saw to it that all of my issues were addressed and resolved and they were. Just use the Lakeland office with caution but my complaints have been resolved. Thank you. Worst experience ever using a title company Avoid if possible. I only agreed to use SunBelt Title only because my realtor suggested to. Big mistake. Worst experience ever using a title company Avoid if possible. I only agreed to use SunBelt Title only because my realtor suggested to. Big mistake. The closing which was supposed to be October 21st ultimately it took 3 full work days to close as the buyer switched lenders and the buyer had her deposit sent via her realtor in her realtor’s name and account which was flagged by the buyers mortgage company’s underwriting department.
