Sunbelt title is always on top of everything. When they get the title back (weeks in advance) they always look it over. Some title companies file theirs and don't pull them out until 3 days b 4 closing and guess what? If there is an issue on it you probably are not going to close on time SO I REALLY RECOMMEND SUNBELT TITLE AT GATLIN BLVD AND SAVAGE. If you want to close on time and save some money too!
