Sunbelt always does a great job for me, but this time it was exceptional! My Buyer had issues with the mortgage company and we had to close on a specific day. Anita was awesome and patient as she assisted my Buyer and me through a closing that lasted over five hours (due to poor preparation by the mortgage company). Anita pushed to get the funds not only received from the mortgage company, but we had the funds having to go out to the Seller the same day as he was using those funds to close on another property.
