Diane and her team were very helpful and came right to the assisted living facility to assist an elderly lady to sign her closing documents. It took almost a year to sell her home and during the process she lost her twin sister. The kind gesture by Sunbelt was greatly appreciated! Thank you to all.
I had a very negative experience with Sunbelt title at the Naples location. We notified the title company 20 days in advance of our availability, and they scheduled us for Monday (which is Memorial Day, but they still offered it). Come Monday, no communication at all. It's not until the next day that we receive communication and they say the closer (Rocky Casana) dropped the ball and they will get started on it.
