I had a very negative experience with Sunbelt title at the Naples location. We notified the title company 20 days in advance of our availability, and they scheduled us for Monday (which is Memorial Day, but they still offered it). Come Monday, no communication at all. It's not until the next day that we receive communication and they say the closer (Rocky Casana) dropped the ball and they will get started on it. An absolute amazing experience, from initial contact to closing. A supper efficient team that ensured a smooth transaction!
Horrible company. They insisted that I had to use their Notary Service at a cost of $250. I am a Notary myself and that is a very high price. I could have easily taken the documents and gotten them notarized and witnessed. The title company screwed up the appointment time for the in-person Notary and now at the last minute we are doing the Notary work remotely. Very poor coordination by Sunbelt Title South in Naples and I am getting ripped off for $250. DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY!!!!
Horrible company. They misguided us in the first place. And they don't wanna fix the issue. No help received. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
