I had work done over a year ago by a concrete wall company that apparently rented some equipment from Sunbelt and did not pay their bill. This contractor rented the equipment under their own company and name, but due to my home address being listed as the jobsite it was being used on, a collection company has said that they could try to put a lien on my home. Mr Dan Gray spent 4 hours not reaching out to anyone from his management after being informed by 4 different representatives from Ritchie bros that I paid for that equipment to release it. I’m under a contract and timeline to have to pick it up per the auction. I drove all the way to Montgomery (1.5 hrs) before he even attempted to fix the problem.
