Mr Dan Gray spent 4 hours not reaching out to anyone from his management after being informed by 4 different representatives from Ritchie bros that I paid for that equipment to release it. I’m under a contract and timeline to have to pick it up per the auction. I drove all the way to Montgomery (1.5 hrs) before he even attempted to fix the problem.
