I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sunbelt Rentals. The employee named Paul was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. His attitude made the entire interaction unpleasant and frustrating. I expected a professional and respectful service, but instead was met with arrogance and disrespect. I strongly recommend that management address this employee’s behavior before more customers are treated the same way.
I don’t rent much from here. But when I do, I remember why I go to United, I can’t return items from other local branches without being charged a few. That’s crazy
They have awesome sales people that will go above and beyond to help a customer!
