Rented from this location a few times and the last two times have worked directly with D.C. on my rentals. He is always a pleasure to work with and has a great working knowledge of appropriate tools for the job. He is a valued employee and represents Sunbelt with a positive image.

DO NOT USE SUNBELT HERE'S WHY: I've rented a lift from them on several occasions. This latest time I asked them to pick it up at a certain time, called in and scheduled the pick-up. They waited 2 days to get it and charged me twice the quoted rate. Instead of 2 days, 1 week! I then disputed this with customer service and the dispute went on for 4 months WHILE they tacked on monthly late fees of $14.94. From the front desk, to loading, the employees here showed some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Robin went above and beyond the call of duty by lending me one of their trailers to transport the scaffolding that didn’t fit in the back of my pickup truck. Smitty helped load everything up and was very friendly. Despite It being my first rental at this sunbelt location I left feeling like I was a long time customer with how well I was treated.
